James Slept!!

Up until 2 nights ago, James had been, what I considered to be, a pretty good sleeper. He would sleep for 3 hours, feed, and then go back to sleep. Not too bad for a newborn I thought. Well, of course, that was when Mom was staying here and helping. The moment she left, James turned into a difficult sleeper, only allowing me 2 1/2 hours of sleep the first night. I think it is because he smells me and that is just enough for him to stay awake. When Jim puts him to sleep, he goes down easily. When I put him down, he yells out for more food. Well, last night I couldn't do it again. I had to get some sleep. So, I woke Jim up (Jim works this week, otherwise he would be up helping every night). Jim gave him a bottle and put him to sleep. James slept for 5 hours straight!!!! I couldn't believe it when I woke up. I was so excited. Let's see if it happens again but I consider it a blessing that it happened last night.
